Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney located in Plano, TX. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting and filing legal motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice and counsel on family law issues. The Family Law Attorney will also be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating with clients and other attorneys, and attending court hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Texas Law and Family Law
• Experience with legal issues related to divorce, child custody, and other family law matters
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize workload efficiently
• Experience with drafting and filing legal motions and conducting depositions
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Experience with collaborative law and mediation is a plus
