Here's what you can expect as a CLM Manager at DaVita:

As a CLM Manager, you will be responsible for governing the Contract Lifecycle Management strategy for the Justice League of Davita. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; managing and training the team supporting the CLM platform and strategy, fostering strong external partnerships, supporting internal stakeholders with their CLM needs and priorities, and managing the CLM platform while advocating for technology and process best practices.

This role will play a vital part in the Legal Operations team and empower the organization’s user base to adopt and embrace the CLM process and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of CLM software and tools to enhance contract tracking, storage, reporting, and analytics.
  • Train staff on new techniques, best practices and technologies in the CLM environment
  • Work with Salesforce analyst, and developers to develop creative and scalable technical solutions for our internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, continuously, to define requirements and supporting processes.
  • Be able to articulate requirements, design, use cases, and test scripts to support system features.
  • Manage the vendors who support the organization's contracting process (CLM platform, consultants, ALSP, etc.)
  • Build relationships with current and new vendors, ensuring that the organization understands the current CLM market and new features or offerings that could benefit our CLM process.
  • Develop and monitor contract performance, KPIs, and compliance throughout their lifecycle, ensuring both parties fulfill their obligations and tracking key milestones.

**Required Qualifications:

**Preferred Qualifications:

**

  • Certified Salesforce and/or Conga Administrator.

  • 3-5 years managing a system with a diverse user base

  • Excellent understanding of standard Salesforce.com and Conga functionality and best practices.

  • Knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, searches, and forms to manage business process requirements.

**Education Requirements (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, IT, or a related area, or equivalent experience

**Salary/ Wage Range

** $68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.   • If this position is located in a region with minimum wage requirements, we will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage: Denver: $17.29/per hour for nonexempt roles, Colorado: $50k/year for exempt roles.
