Firm is a small, boutique firm representing physicians, medical groups, health facilities and health providers in a myriad of different legal matters, including contracts, professional licensure matters, administrative hearings, corporate and business advice, commercial litigation, Medicare and Medicaid audits, and others. Prior experience in health care, administrative law and/or civil litigation is a plus. Prior experience with a law firm involved in insurance defense litigation is a definite plus. Applicant must be self-starters, efficient, and have excellent academic credentials. Excellent research and writing skills required.
