**Job Description

** Growing Applicant Workers Compensation firm is seeking motivated associate attorneys for our Bakersfield office. Workers Compensation experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train. The following are required for all candidates:

• Able to make court appearances
• Conduct and defend Depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High sense of urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines

This position is partially remote/hybrid. Attorney may be able to work remotely but must be able to be able to attend hearings and depositions in person with occasional in person meetings.
