**Summary

** Qualified candidates will possess four to seven years of experience, in the following disciplines: Estate Planning and Probate Law. Our diverse practice integrates estate planning, commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and business and tax advice. Our ideal new team member will have sufficient experience to be able to help us serve our existing clients but is able to work independently.

Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and excellent references. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and the desire to interact directly with Gianelli’s clients and to further develop client and referral relationships. The successful candidate should have a track record of high achievement, the desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment, the ability to work as part of a team, and possess superior written and verbal communication skills. A current state bar license is required.

**Work Environment

  • Able to maintain a sedentary position for up to 90% of the work day

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. of files and/or boxes

**Physical Demands

** **This is largely an active role; however, some sedentary desk work is required. This would require the ability to lift, reach and bend or stand as necessary.
