**Job Description

** Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie, LLC, seeks a litigation attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience in the practice areas of general civil litigation. The attorney must be licensed to practice law in Maryland and in good standing. DC admission is a plus but not required.

The ideal attorney candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate and persuade, both in written and oral communications. Elements necessary to achieve success are attention to detail, strong organizational skills, an understanding of the development and progression of case files, proficiency in legal research and billing software, a steadfast approach to multi-tasking and time management. Attorney must possess the discipline to work with minimal oversight and direction while utilizing the mentor/mentee relationship and collaborative environment to expand their knowledge as appropriate.
