As an Attorney specializing in Trusts, Estates & Probate at our firm, your role will be pivotal in providing invaluable legal counsel and guidance to our diverse clientele. This position offers you the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, utilizing your extensive knowledge to assist clients in planning their estates, navigating probate proceedings, and effectively managing trusts.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning strategies and crafting comprehensive estate plans. You will also handle probate matters, which may include estate administration, will contests, and legal representation in court when necessary. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, will be a key part of your responsibilities.
