Associate Attorney (Financial Services)
**Overview
** Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national law firm has an immediate opening for an associate attorney to join our Jacksonville Office with experience in the practice area of business law. The position allows for both in office and remote working environments as needed.
**Responsibilities
** Candidates must have 3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast pace general business law practice. The ideal candidates will have experience with managing the following matters:
- Commercial real estate closings
- Bank representation in preparing commercial loan documents (including SBA)
- General business buy / sell transactions
- Analyzing corporate governance documents and drafting appropriate resolutions, consents, and certificates as each matter would dictate
- Managing litigation involving: title insurance claims; enforcement of defaulted commercial loan facilities; replevins; enforcement of commercial guarantees; and real estate related litigation.
