** Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking for an experienced patent litigator with at least 7 years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience with an emphasis on patent cases. We are looking for someone with case management experience appropriate for very complex, high value, high profile patent cases.

Here, you will be involved with all aspects of Federal District Court and Federal Circuit Appeals cases, with the opportunity to inevitably be in involved in all types of other P litigations (i.e., trademark, copyright, trade secret, ITC Section 337) and PTAB proceedings, Notably, this is an environment wherein you will not be hindered by bureaucracy, egos, and/or politics as this this is truly a very team oriented and cooperative environment wherein your colleagues enjoy their work.

**Senior Patent Litigation Attorney Requirements

**

• 7 to 15 years of IP litigation experience with an emphasis on patent cases
• Technical undergraduate or graduate degree (STEM) preferred, but not required
• General passion for the dynamic specialization of IP litigation
• USPTO registration would be a plus, but not required
