Auto Insurance Counsel
A prominent national insurance company is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of sophisticated experience to handle a range of auto insurance regulatory compliance matters in its Stevens Point, WI office. The associate counsel will serve as a trusted legal adviser to senior leadership and management teams within the auto insurance business unit, and advise internal business leaders regarding applicable insurance laws, regulations, industry standards and best practices, and where appropriate, suggest alternative solutions that mitigate legal and regulatory risks. Candidates must have substantial auto insurance experience and knowledge of insurance company structure and business functions. This is a hybrid flex position with three days in the office per week.
