Litigation Attorney NJ/NY Our client a busy and growing regional law firm has an immediate opening for two (2) attorneys in our growing Insurance Coverage practice group to represent their clients in coverage disputes involving comprehensive general liability, directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), employment practices liability (EPL), professional liability, commercial property and casualty, and more. They have a hybrid work environment. The firm offers an excellent benefits and compensation package, mentorship, and growth opportunity! This position will ideally be out of the firm’s Bedminster, NJ office. Compensation range is $130K-$150K. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and insurance policy analysis • Strong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and insurance policy interpretation principles. • Must be admitted to practice in NJ/NY and/or PA admission a plus • Litigation experience from case inception through trial in state and federal courts • Exceptional analytical, research and written communication skills Interested in candidates should email resume and writing sample to smartin@roberthadleyassociates.com.
