Real Estate Attorney
Our client, a highly respected global law firm is seeking a third – eighth year transactional Real Estate Associate with big law experience.
2005-2023 Chambers USA recognized practice/Firm for Real Estate.
Billable hours: No billable hour minimum but to receive a bonus, an associate must bill 1,950, inclusive of some administrative categories/and pro bono (pro bono is a big part of their practices and is counted as unlimited)
Schedule: hybrid 4 days in office, 1 remote
Responsibilities: · P lay key roles on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals and financings.
Attorney Qualifications: · Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar. · J.D. from an accredited law school. · 3+ years of transactional real estate experience in a big law firm or legal services setting
