- Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. License in Illinois is a plus.
Description: Kravets Law Group, P.C. is a small boutique law firm based in Chicago and practicing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Illinois. We are seeking a contract attorney who is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with business and real estate law experience for legal and motion projects, such as discovery, summary judgment, and trial motions. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage cases, communicate with clients, and move files forward. The attorney will report directly to our founder and managing partner and will complete projects on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate in good standing with the Pennsylvania state bar
- Juris Doctorate in good standing with the New Jersey state bar
- 3-4 Years of Attorney Experience
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Participate in court proceedings, including discovery court, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and meditations
