Together we are searching for an attorney to join the firm at their Westwood, NJ office. The position is offered as a part-time focus with the opportunity to grow within the firm. Perfect for someone who is looking to get back into the work force. The focus would mainly be on commercial and estate litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft legal memorandums, motions and briefs.
- Assist in pre-trial preparations and discovery.
- Participate in oral arguments on dispositive, including summary judgement, motions to dismiss, default and discovery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial and estate litigation.
- 2-3 yrs. Working with MS Office and Word Client Management.
- Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
