Commercial Litigation Attorney
Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with a minimum of seven years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our Los Angeles, CA office and support all of our California offices.
Founded more than 70 years ago, Ropers Majeski maintains offices throughout California, as well as in Las Vegas, Minneapolis, New York, Seattle, and Paris, with an affiliate office in Hong Kong. We advise clients on complex litigation and sophisticated business transactions in a broad range of industries on behalf of domestic and international businesses and individuals. Skills and Educational Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum of seven years of experience working on employment, general liability, directors and officers, and/or real estate.
- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
- Experience managing class action matters and the ability to understand financial documents is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required.

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience.
