** Our client is a litigation boutique founded by US army special operations veterans who specialize in high-stakes litigation in a number of industries. Each partner has extensive experience in major international law firms and representing Fortune 500 companies in major disputes.

**Role Description

** This is a full-time hybrid Commercial Litigation Attorney

**Qualifications

**

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• license to practice law in the state of California
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, rules, and deadlines
• Ability to handle a large case load and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedicated to providing exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
