Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a smart and highly motivated program manager to assist the competition legal team’s efforts to address complex legal and policy issues affecting Amazon’s business and customers. This role is perfect for an organized person who is interested in the law and in learning new things.
Key job responsibilities
A successful candidate will be able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, manage high volumes of tasks and projects, react with appropriate urgency depending on circumstances, think creatively and strategically, and exercise strong judgment. Responsibilities include creating strong coordination mechanisms between internal team members and across other teams, tracking the progress of different projects, troubleshooting problems, clearly communicating objectives, and ensuring excellence in work product and accountability regarding deliverables.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
