National healthcare practice of mid sized firm is seeking a Health Care Law Partner - remote ok.

Seeking 8 years of regulatory experience. Relevant experience will include the following:

1. Provide legal counsel to healthcare providers on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and transactional matters.
2. Draft and negotiate professional service, joint venture, business associate, and other healthcare related agreements.
3. Serve on healthcare M&A deal teams, including assistance with due diligence, regulatory review, and drafting of transaction documents.
4. Develop and implement corporate compliance and HIPAA compliance programs for healthcare providers.
