Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of litigation experience to join the team at one of New York's leading defense firms in their Long Island office! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of medical malpractice defense experience.

The firm will also consider candidates with government litigation experience, such as from the NYC Law Department, or a District Attorney's office. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice!

The firm will consider 2022 JD's who are NY Barred and have solid litigation experience.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite, 2 remote!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
• Conducting and/or defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Motion practice
• Performing legal/medical research

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to NY bar
• 1+ years litigation experience (medical malpractice defense focus preferred)
