Litigation Attorney
Hahn Loeser & Parks’ Chambers Ranked San Diego litigation team is seeking a commercial litigation attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience for their growing practice group. Attorneys should have commercial litigation experience in California (business litigation, real estate litigation, class actions), preferably with a mid-to-large size law firm. The right candidate will join a strong, dynamic, and collegial complex commercial litigation and class action team.
Experience and Qualifications
- California Bar admission is required - no exceptions
- Solid academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent research, analytical, and brief writing skills
- Experience handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes
- Must be comfortable with managing multiple projects and deadlines
The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a merit-based bonus program.
