Associate Attorney
**Job Description
** The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in family law, divorce and litigation including court experience. The ideal candidate will manage contested divorce and family law cases, paternity actions, adoptions, litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by drafting necessary pleadings, motions, agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Ability to conduct initial consultations and retain clients is a major plus. MUST have Court experience.
**Responsibilities

- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions and similar documents
**Qualifications
**
- J.D.
- Bar admittance
- Strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Superior/Circuit Court experience is a MUST
- Ability to conduct initial consultations and retain clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
