About You: We believe in hiring smart, good people. Our Litigation Department is looking for the right attorney to join our team.
You will not have to market for cases, although you are certainly welcome to do so. If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral attorney, you will receive a written, guaranteed percentage of the fee, as per your Employment Agreement with. No “discretionary bonuses” based on the whim of Ownership.
We have a highly structured office with carefully thought-out policies and procedures that help move cases efficiently.
We guarantee a six-figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of the settlements or verdicts you obtain, which is also in your Employment Agreement.
For your litigation caseload (about 35-40 files, usually), you will receive a dedicated staff of two experienced employees; no “splitting” of employees; these two are yours.
You will not have to deal with pre-suit cases at all. Your practice will be devoted to “litigation” only. Even the cases you bring into the firm, you will not have to worry about in pre suit, because our expert pre-suit staff will bring the case through demand and settlement, and all you will have to do is collect your bonus check when that case resolves.

You will not have to worry about the “business” of running your own firm. You can simply focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer.
We have a dedicated "intake" department, so you dont have to be on the phone handling intakes anymore.

**Requirements
** Good Standing with the Florida Bar
No Defense Attorneys
**Personal Injury Experience Required.
** Mid level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) We will train.
Case Management System - FileVine experience is also preferred but not required. We will train.

**Education And/or Experience
** Juris Doctorate
Minimum experience is at least 5-10 years on Plaintiffs side with significant Plaintiff’s trial experience.
