Role: Legal Counsel - Litigation & Investigations

Location: Edison, NJ or New York, NY

Salary Range: 100,000 - 140,000

Please note: candidate must be willing to go to either office at least 3 days a week (additional days may be required based on business need)

**The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

**

• J.D. or equivalent from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admission to practice law in the states of New York and/or New Jersey, or the ability to promptly register as in-house counsel within one of those states
• Three to five years’ experience with complex commercial litigation or governmental investigations at a major law firm, corporate law department, or governmental agency
• Experience overseeing and managing internal investigations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to perform independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with legal issues affecting a global corporation, particularly within the IT consulting industry
