We are currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with a focus on Labor and Employment to enhance our thriving practice in Orlando. Associate Attorney Key Responsibilities
- Handle labor and employment matters, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to labor and employment law.
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and employee benefits.
- Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and stay abreast of developments in labor and employment law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and support through all phases of litigation.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal representation.
Associate Attorney Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Proven track record of successfully handling labor and employment matters.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with trial preparation from beginning to end.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
