Sabre’s Compliance & Ethics is a dynamic group responsible for providing legal advice and assisting the Company in conducting business ethically and in compliance with laws around the world. We are searching for a junior Compliance Analyst to join our ranks. The Compliance Analyst will report to the Compliance Manager and will be responsible for assisting the group in developing and implementing Compliance processes, managing compliance-related projects, and ensuring that the Company’s business operations and procedures comply with applicable laws, including anticorruption (FCPA/UKBA), antiboycott, trade sanctions and export controls laws. The ideal candidate will be willing to quickly learn general commercial and functional knowledge across a wide range of sub disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, review and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Draft, review and update, as needed, regulatory-required documentation
  • Regularly assess the efficiency of compliance controls and recommend effective improvements
  • Assist with periodic audits on Company procedures and processes
  • Assist with the management of the Company Hotline
  • Administer the central repository for Company policies and coordinate policy updates
  • Ensure proper function and implementation of the Company’s sanction screening processes and respond to sanction screening requests
  • Respond to queries from team members around the world requiring identification, analysis, and evaluation of compliance risks and appropriate mitigation and solutions
  • Develop compliance training and lead employee training sessions
  • Assist with internal compliance investigations, as needed
  • Conduct other compliance-related tasks, as directed

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • 4-year degree or minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multi-level functional teams

Nice To Have Skills

  • CCEP, CCEP-I certifications or willingness to obtain one.
