Job Description
A newly formed law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a confident and sharpCommercial Litigation Trial Attorney to join their dynamic team! The role involves supporting a wide range of business and commercial litigation cases, including business disputes, contract breaches, antitrust claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, and class actions. Pay Range: $180,000 -$230,000 DOE
Responsibilities
- Draft and amend contracts, represent clients in court, and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Handle various legal documents, pleadings, motions, and depositions
- Manage a varied litigation case load from inception to resolution
- Meet billable hour requirement
- Represent clients in a variety of business litigation matters, including antitrust, real estate, and business tort cases
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted and barred to practice law in the state of California.
- 3+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation
- Proven trial experience and a track record of meeting billable hour expectations
- Diverse business litigation experience, including anti-trust, real estate, and business tort cases is preferred
