Confederated Tribes of Warm SPrings is looking for a Pro-Tem Judge. The incumbent will preside over any court cases (criminal, civil and domestic cases) where a conflict of interest may arise for any cases that need to be re-assigned from the Chief Judge and or Associate Judge. RequirementsIncumbent will be required to have an active Oregon State Bar License to practice law within the state of Oregon and reside within the State of Oregon as well. Will be required to submit and pass a thorough background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must have NO Felonies or Misdemeanor(s) convictions.
