Innovative Driven is currently seeking an experienced TX-barred Corporate Attorney to assist a NYC law firm client on a part-time, remote, ongoing basis! The firm expects to need ongoing assistance for some TX-based clients.
The first project will involve amending an LLC Agreement to comply with a loan document requiring a board of managers.
Candidates must be TX-barred, and have at least five years of corporate experience
