Role Description This is a contract Attorney role located in Atlanta, GA. As an attorney, you will be tasked with providing the highest level of legal advice and services to our clients. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, researching and interpreting laws and regulations, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the State Bar of Georgia
• 3+ years of experience in complex and high-stake litigation and transactional matters and a demonstrated track record of success
• Experience handling corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, licensing, and venture capital matters
• Expertise in conducting legal research, drafting and negotiating contracts, and legal briefs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive oral argumentation and writing, and the ability to provide legal guidance to non-lawyers
