Remote Attorney
Respected Connecticut-based Firm is seeking a full-time Partner-Level Attorney to provide creative and zealous advocacy and direct representation to clients in cases involving consumer protection and lemon law matters. The current managing partner plans to step down and is seeking a successor.
The Consumer Rights attorney can engage in cutting edge litigation, including class action litigation. The attorney can also develop working relationships with policymakers and stakeholders at the state and federal level on consumer protection issues.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- Strong litigation background. Prior experience handling consumer protection and lemon law cases is not required but preferred.
- Strong academic background
- Admitted in CT state and federal courts
- 4+ years of practice
Salary : Up to $150,000
