We're seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney who excels at investigating, negotiating, and achieving fair settlements for our clients. If you have a strong track record of achieving outstanding results and are passionate about securing justice for those who need it most, we want to hear from you.

Note: This position is completely in house, and requires full time office hours; no working from home.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: · Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to evaluate the merits of their personal injury claims.

· Provide legal advice and explain the legal process, potential outcomes, and any relevant statutes of limitations.

2. Case Investigation: · Review all relevant evidence, including medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and any other documents pertaining to the case.

3. Legal Research and Analysis: · Conduct legal research to identify relevant laws, regulations, and precedents applicable to the case.

· Analyze case law and statutes to build a strong legal argument in favor of the client.

4. Demand Letter Preparation: · Draft comprehensive demand letters to the responsible party or their insurance company, outlining the client's claims, injuries, damages, and requested compensation.

5. Negotiation and Settlement: · Communicate with insurance adjusters and other parties involved in the case.

· Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the maximum compensation possible.

6. Client Communication: · Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their cases, address concerns, and answer any questions they may have.

7. Compliance and Ethics: · Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the legal profession and relevant governing bodies.

8. Case Evaluation and Strategy Adjustment: · Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases and adjust legal strategies accordingly.

· Provide clients with realistic assessments of their case's potential outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills: · Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. · Admitted to the Florida Bar with no suspensions or revocations. · 5 Years experience in personal injury law, preferably in a pre-suit capacity. · Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively. · Excellent analytical and research skills. · Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. · Empathy and the ability to relate to clients who may be experiencing significant distress due to their injuries.
