Attorney
A St. Louis law firm has an opportunity for an attorney with 2-8 years of experience in all phases of litigation defense. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this position. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Missouri; license in Illinois is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong advocacy skills. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage file through litigation process independently and as a part of the case team. • Conduct fact investigations. • Handle document productions and other discovery tasks. • Preparation of witnesses for deposition. • Taking and defending depositions. • Review, summarize and analyze medical records. • Assist with juror research. • Court hearing preparation. • Trial preparation and attendance.
