Environmental Associate Attorney
Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Environmental practice group in in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, New York or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of legal regulatory experience, ideally in some aspect of environmental law. Actual experience with CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, TSCA, FIFRA and the state equivalents and/or involvement in any areas of EHS support including compliance, transactional and litigation is strongly preferred. An outstanding academic record, superb research and drafting skills, and strong analytical ability are required. Salary Range for New York The estimated annual salary range for this position in New York is $215,000 - $250,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
