We are a boutique litigation firm specializing in litigation, commercial collections, and Judgment enforcement. seeking an experienced attorney that with minimal supervision can apply knowledge of litigation and document management as well as experience as an attorney to provide outstanding work product while managing a high volume of litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters and various stages of the process. This candidate should feel comfortable with frequent in-person court appearances, conducting legal research, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Legal analysis and legal research
• Assist with case management
• Prepare and file motions and opposition to motions
• Mentor, and supervise paralegals on all matters and assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' as an attorney required
