Who we are… This dynamic and growing group has a diverse practice, ranging from defending wrongful death and serious personal injury claims to insurance coverage and commercial disputes. We work with national and regional transportation clients related to catastrophic loss, complex tractor-trailer accidents, and multi-vehicle collisions. In addition, we represent clients in commercial matters including insurance coverage issues, contract disputes, unfair competition and trade secret litigation, real estate and energy litigation, and tort defense.

What you bring to the table…

  • Pennsylvania license and litigation experience
  • Trial or transportation experience a plus
  • Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently with little direction, and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Capability to apply analytical and creative thinking

Equipment, Physical/Mental Demands, Working Conditions

Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, duplicating machine, etc.

Sitting for extended periods, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate with clients in person and via telephone.

Able to deal with stress in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities. Make decisions and adapt to changing work situations. Grasp and apply new ideas and technologies. Communicate and successfully interact with various personalities at all organizational levels.

Typical office setting, normally Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional overtime as required.
