Practice Area: Employment Law - Litigation Plaintiffs & Class Actions

Experience: 2+ Years of Litigation Experience

Opportunity: Our well-established law firm has an immediate opening for a motivated mid-level associate to join our dynamic Employment practice group in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in any litigation field, with a keen interest in employment law. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is highly desirable. We seek someone with experience in litigation, including, ideally, experience in case management, motion practice, as well as the taking and defending of depositions. Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an attorney.
  • Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.
