Associate Attorney
Kirby, Mathews & Walrath, PLLC, a Houston-based oil and gas firm, is currently seeking a full-time associate to perform title examination and assist in due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures. A successful candidate must be licensed in Texas and possess between 0 to 3 years of experience writing title opinions. Title examination of properties in the Permian Basin and East Texas is a plus.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to be proficient in legal research and writing, and have a sufficient basis in operations and regulatory activities to answer client questions.
