The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Competition Counsel to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including artificial intelligence, graphics, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with the legal team and management on all aspects of NVIDIA’s competition matters.
- Interfacing with U.S. regulators (both federal and state) and regulators from around the world.
- Working with cross-functional, global NVIDIA teams, such as NVIDIA’s contract and investment teams, on ways to help promote competition.
What We Need To See
- A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California and/or Washington, D.C.
- Significant competition experience, including 8 + years at a law firm, regulatory agency, or company.
- Strong written advocacy skills.
- Passion for learning new areas of law.

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 333,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
