REGULATORY ATTORNEY

We are looking for amazing attorneys to join our team working on projects covering lands in New Mexico . Oliva Gibbs is strategically growing and looking for team players to join our growth. Members of our team have worked as Landmen, in-house legal and compliance lawyers, oil and gas finance executives, and counsel at state regulatory agencies. We are committed adding amazing attorneys to our roster to serve our client’s needs.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the firm’s Partners to deliver on-time, error-free results to clients.

What You’ll Bring

Requirements

• Licensed in New Mexico with at least five years’ experience handling oil and gas regulatory matters.
• The ideal candidate would be a subject matter expert with experience practicing before the New Mexico Oil and Gas Conservation Division.
• Must be able to face a wide variety of regulatory issues for energy companies operating on state, federal and tribal lands.
