      • Create and advise on a central style standard so that internal communications and reports have a consistent voice, look, and feel.
  • Reference Work. Take the lead identifying, analyzing, and enhancing the attorney work product of the Legal department, including the collation and organization of standard forms; precedent libraries; templates; guidance materials and checklists; current awareness and legal updates; presentations; and other knowledge assets.
  • Training. Build out a training and development program for members of the in-house department, as well as our internal clients, on legal topics relevant to Charles Schwab.
  • Change Management. Serve as a champion and change agent to constantly improve knowledge management, training, and the delivery of legal services.
