Our client seeks an In-House Corporate Litigator with expertise in personal injury, labor, and employment claims, and premises liability cases, including risk management, labor law, workers' compensation, insurance, and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate is a qualified attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, should be proactive, and assertive, and possess in-house litigation management skills.

Candidate Experience:

• In-house litigation management
• Personal injury litigation
• General law
• Labor law and human resources
• Contract drafting and reviewing
• Business Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external counsel and insurance firms for litigation oversight
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and legal risks, and devise corrective action plans
• Draft legal correspondence, including demand, cease and desist, and engagement letters
• Prepare legal documents and offer sound legal advice for case resolutions
• Attend mediations, depositions, hearings, or trials
• Act as a corporate representative
• Source and contract specialized/expert law firms for projects

Education / Experience:

• J.D. from a licensed, accredited institution
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• License to practice law in any state
