Key Responsibilities

• Managing and handling a caseload of asbestos-related litigation matters.
• Conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing pleadings for court proceedings.
• Collaborating with clients, experts, and legal teams to build strong cases.
• Representing clients in court, attending hearings and trial proceedings.
• Participating in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Staying updated on asbestos-related laws and regulations.
• Providing counsel to clients on asbestos-related legal matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos litigation or similar experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.

Salary

$130,000 - $180,000
