Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Cubeta Law Group. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, researching and analyzing legal issues, negotiating and drafting contracts, and representing clients in litigation matters related to labor and employment law.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in the field of Law
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Ability to provide legal advice to clients based on their values and business objectives
• Experience in researching and analyzing legal issues
• Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Ability to represent clients in litigation matters related to Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
