To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
- 3-4 years of experience in M&A and Private Equity deals at a major law firm
- Highly motivated, with great communication and organizational skills
- Membership in the state bar where they will be working in good standing, or the ability to waive in
In addition to the qualifications mentioned, the ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work under pressure, and a sense of humor.
The salary for this position is $260k+ DOE.
