As our Business Analyst you willadminister legal processes, support project management, maintain budgets, and manage legal billing systems. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong understanding of business processes.
As Business Analyst you will…
- Collect and analyze data related and present it in a meaningful way to support decision-making.
- Project manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track deadlines, and maintain communication channels, and
- Analyze and track legal budgets, including forecasting future expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensure the accuracy of legal billing systems and processes:
- Review invoices,
- Approve payments, and
- Reconcile billing discrepancies.
- Managing relationships with outside vendors, such as law firms and legal services providers, to ensure delivery of quality legal services and adherence to contractual terms.
In one year as our Business Analyst , you will know you were successful if you successfully take over designated roles with minimal ongoing supervision and established relations both inside/outside of the legal department to support the business.
We are looking for talented professionals who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Legal Studies, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or related field, desirable.
- Excellent organizational and project management and presentation skills.
- Excellent PC skills including the MSFT 365 Suite of applications.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
