As part of our team, you would:

• Assist with onboarding and training new Patent Project Managers.
• Guide operations team through the ins and outs of foreign filing and validation
• Support project management team to coordinate complex translation and patent filing requests.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all projects and internal tasks.
• Have frequent contact with outside counsel, customers and vendors on complex matters including country requirements and project finances.
• Support VP, Operations in achieving annual goals
• Perform root cause analyses on quality concerns.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Audit and improve internal documentation.

_ Ideal Candidate:_

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience as a patent paralegal in foreign filing (PCT, direct & EP)
• Successful experience managing a team
• Strong organizational, leadership and management abilities
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Deep familiarity with translation and other requirements across various countries for foreign filing
• Ability to set priorities, exercise independent judgment, and initiate projects

Preferred Qualifications: · Comfortable with CAT tools
