We are currently seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience on the management side to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising and representing employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to clients on labor and employment issues.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Handle disputes, investigations, and litigation related to employment matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Maryland.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney on the management side.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
