FLEX by Fenwick is a client service offering of Fenwick & West LLP that places experienced attorneys on interim in-house counsel engagements. We are actively looking for technology transactions attorneys for temporary long-term engagements with several of our clients. Qualifications:

  • Experience drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound SaaS and/or software licensing agreements;
  • Prior in-house experience with a cloud-based/internet software company strongly preferred;
  • Experience working directly with internal business/sales teams and/or procurement teams.

Attorneys at all levels of practice with the above qualifications are encouraged to apply. Most of our roles continue to be fully remote.
