What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate and draft contracts
  • Manage sophisticated transactions
  • Review and negotiate real estate leases and financial documents
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

What You Bring

  • Education: Juris Doctor Degree plus admission to state bar
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactions
  • Detailed knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactions
  • Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills, plus outstanding client care skills
  • Willingness to be involved in business development
  • Portable business and a business background are preferred
  • Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence
  • Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential
  • Must be organized, analytical and logical
