We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Paralegal to join Concentric’s legal team in efforts to support our growing Biosecurity business. The Paralegal position will act as the primary legal support assisting in a wide variety of processes such as: business development transactions, supporting supply chains and operations, agreement negotiations, contract maintenance, engaging with existing customers, ensuring
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage legal documents such as contracts and agreements
- Oversee and organize legals contract tracking tool and act as first point of contact for employees
- Help program teams prepare, draft, and execute any legal documentation needed in program onboarding
- Track and monitor independent contractor agreements and NDA’s
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2.5 years of experience as a contracts and/or corporate paralegal, supporting contractual needs of research, manufacturing, and/or commercial departments and/or preferably, such departments in a related industry
- Experience with international & governmental contract
Preferred Capabilities and Experience
- Navigate within a fast-paced, complex business organization and support finance, human resources, communications and commercial departments in a publicly-traded corporation
- Experience with healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA labeling and promotional matters, antitrust, and data protection laws is preferred
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent oral, written and negotiation skills
- Thoughtful legal advisor with a strong commitment to personal and professional ethics and integrity
- Experience using a contract lifecycle management system is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and multi-task various matters
Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a starting salary of $75k+, as well as company stock awards. Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.
